How the Winter Arc works

Ninety-two days, 1 October to 31 December 2026. Three habits you choose, sized for your worst day. Everything else in the app exists to make those three easier to keep. Read this once; the app repeats the important parts when they matter.

What you get
The app, your daily home. Day count, your three habits, PURE X score, streak, the 92-day trail, the board, your plan, nutrition.
Food and training, set for you. Ten answers, two minutes: calorie and protein targets, a week of normal Indian meals with swaps, five sessions a week with demos.
Rings that tick for you. Steps, meals logged and sleep tick your habits automatically. Water is its own ring.
Daily check-in and a coach who answers. How is your body today, every morning. Ask your coach any time; a weekly check-in answered by name.
The daily WhatsApp group and a weekly live Q&A with Coach Siva. The humans behind the app.
Board, pods, ranks, awards. A leaderboard for consistency, a pod of five, six ranks by days done, twenty awards.
Break the Loop. One behaviour to bring down, gently, beside the three habits.
Paper, if you like paper. The 92-day printable tracker and the Starter Kit: habit picker, Floor card, protein sheet.
How a day works
Morning
Two minutes.
Read the day’s line. Tap how your body feels. Look at Today’s Training if it is a training day.
Through the day
Live it.
Walk, eat protein first, log a bottle when you drink one, log a meal with a photo. The rings fill by themselves.
Evening
Three ticks.
Move, Food, Recovery: Done or Floor. Under a minute. The day is counted the moment you tick.
Weekly
Monday and Sunday.
The board resets Monday. Sunday night your week report is ready. Once a week, the check-in your coach answers.
The rules
  1. 1Three habits, every day. Yours, in your words. Not seven.
  2. 2The Floor counts. The minimum version is a completed day, not a failure.
  3. 3Never miss twice. Miss today, do the Floor tomorrow. No catching up, no doubling.
  4. 4Nothing is banned. No cheat days, because there is nothing to cheat on.
  5. 5The rings tick for you. Hit your steps, log your meals, get your sleep: the tick is yours. You can still tick by hand.
  6. 6Water is a ring, not a habit. Tap a bottle in. Close all four rings for the day and there is an award.
  7. 7Five days a week. A logged workout or Move ticked Done counts as an exercise day. Five is the target. Never more than one a day.
  8. 8The board resets Monday. Points only come from showing up, so the board is about consistency, not intensity.
  9. 9Ticks are for today. You cannot tick yesterday. That is what Never miss twice is for.
  10. 10Not medical. Anything that sounds like a medical question: see a doctor. Your coach will say the same.

Points: what the board counts

Points are for showing up. They are never taken away. The board has three views: Today, Week (since Monday) and Overall (the whole arc). Your coach can tune these numbers for the zone; these are the defaults.

+10
a habit ticked Done
+5
a habit ticked Floor
+10
bonus: all three in one day
+15
comeback: a tick the day after a miss
+5
today’s mission done
+50
18 of 21 ticks in a week
+100
perfect week: 21 of 21
0
anything to do with weight, looks or logging honestly

A rank on the board appears once you have scored this week and at least one other member has too. Until then it says Not ranked yet. Nobody is #1 alone.

PURE X score: how today is going, out of 100

A fresh number every day. It is not the board and it is not points; it is your day at a glance. Seven parts, each earned by doing the thing, most of them automatic.

20
Training: a session logged, or Move done
20
Food: meals logged, protein on target
15
Steps against your goal
15
Sleep against your goal
10
Water against your target
15
Core habits: Done full, Floor half
5
Morning check-in

Tap the score on your home to see the split and the one thing that would move it most. Yesterday’s score sits under it so you can see the direction.

Rings: what ticks by itself
Move · 6,000 steps
Or any workout you log. Set your own goal in the arc setup.
Food · 2 meals logged
Photo or manual, either counts.
Recovery · 7 hours
From Health Connect or your log.
Water · your target
Starts at 2 L, one tap per 750 ml bottle; change both on the water page. Closes the fourth ring; not a habit.

Earned by days completed, never by intensity. A day counts with at least one tick.

Awards and milestones

Milestone days on the trail: 7, 14, 21, 30, 45, 60, 75, 92. Twenty awards in all, lit on your Arc page as you earn them: Floor Day, Never Missed Twice at 30, 60 and 92, Perfect Week, Diwali Floor (Day 39), Comeback, Early Bird, Night Owl, All Rings Closed, Five-Day Week, Hydration Week, First Week, Three Weeks, One Month, Halfway, Two Months, Arc Complete (75), Full Arc (92), Brought a Friend. Locked ones show how far along you are.

Break the Loop: 3 + 1

Three habits to build, one behaviour to improve: late-night eating, sugary drinks, screen time, sleeping late, smoking, alcohol, or your own. You will not be asked to stop it. You bring it down a little each week from where you actually are. Week one counts your starting line; the target then steps down and holds at a floor. Log it honestly: nothing is ever taken off your score for a loop log. A craving button gives you ten minutes and your replacement action. If smoking or alcohol is something you cannot get through a morning without, the app says the same thing your coach will: see a doctor first, and keep tracking here.

PRO and January

Members on the PRO tier get the weekly live Q&A link inside the app. Finish 75 of the 92 days, meaning 75 days with at least one tick, and ₹300 comes off the January programme. The app tells you on Day 75 and lets you hold a January place with one tap. Seventeen days remain after that; finish them.

Pods and bringing a friend

A pod is five people. There is no feed; you see who showed up today and who has not yet. Start one or join a friend’s. Your invite link is on the Arc page; when a friend joins through it they land in your pod and you earn Brought a Friend. The board can be filtered to your pod.

What is never counted, and what stays private
Weight, BMI, body fat, appearance: never on any board, never in any rank.
Meals, photos, mood, smoking and alcohol logs: yours and your coach’s only.
Health Connect data: read to fill your rings, never written back, never shared.
Widgets: privacy mode under Profile hides score, rank, steps and water on your home screen.
Notifications

Morning: the day’s line. Evening: what is still open, only if something is. Streak at risk, check-in replies, your weekly report on Sunday night. Ignore a kind of push for a few days and it slows down on its own. Mute or change the sound under Android Settings, Apps, Teampurex, Notifications.

Fair play

One tick per habit per day. Done means the full version; Floor means the minimum version. The rings can only tick what they can see, so a walk without your phone is a hand tick. Honest logging never costs points; dishonest logging only costs you the arc.

When you need a human

Ask your coach from the home or the Arc page, with a photo if it helps. The weekly check-in is answered by name. The WhatsApp group is for the day-to-day. For anything medical: a doctor, then tell your coach.
